CONNECTION
You belong. Now look at what else does.
Humans did not invent the need for love.
Orcas have been known to stay close to their mothers for decades. Through every migration and every storm. Not out of obligation. Out of something older than obligation has a name for.
Sea lions pile together on sun-warmed rocks, their bodies so tangled you can't tell where one ends and the next begins. They are not performing closeness.
They are practicing survival.
Bison stand horn to horn. Because there cannot be connection without contact.
And sometimes contact is the whole point.
These images are not just about the beauty of animals.
Connection is not just a human trait.
It is the truth written into all life itself.
Connection is not something any of us seek. It is simply what we are. Every creature, bonded or solitary, is woven into something larger than itself. The web holds all of it. Whether we know it or not.
The creatures we share this planet with are not so different from us. And we are not so different from them. We are part of the same web. Not above it. Inside it. Every choice we make either honors that or forgets it.
These images are a reminder not to forget.
