PEACE
You know what's real. Now let yourself rest with it.
Drop your shoulders.
Seriously. Right now. Notice where they are. Notice how it feels to relax those muscles.
Peace lives in these images the way it lives in a shoreline at low tide. Present. Spacious. Patient. Not going anywhere, and asking nothing of you.
The water moves slowly here. The gentle light rests on the surface like it has nowhere to go. The rocks have stood through nearly every tide that has come and gone, and they're entirely unbothered.
This is what the ocean looks like when it exhales. And something about witnessing it makes you exhale, too.
This same peace is available to you whenever you need it.
Not someday. Now. Right now.
Not because anything changed, but because for a single moment, you paused long enough to allow it to happen.
Peace was never at the end of the list. It was always right here, just one breath away.
